Worked with five Harlem public schools, and served as liaison between Community Impact staff and America Reads coordinators and volunteers. Organized and executed three workshops for America Reads volunteers. Awarded the Silver Kings Crown Leadership Award in 2012, among other awards for my work in the previous three years. Before serving as the Head Director, I served as the America Reads Treasurer in 2010, America Reads Program Coordinator in 2009, and as a tutor since 2008.
